The P90 is an effective close range (and sometimes even medium range) weapon, mostly because it is firing magnum bullets in a semi-automatic fashion. However, it has poor aim when firing at far away targets, the muzzle energy can be topped by a handgun. The best method is to continuously pump your opponent with bullets when at close range. When your opponent is at medium range and is approaching you, it is wiser to wait until he is close and jump him, rather than run out firing. It is a fairly common gun mostly because of its 50 bullet magazine. This makes it more of a rip you up gun than an accurate one.
